Its mean, including packaging and labelling, transport from ware-house in Apikri to port of departure, handling fee and documentation.      PLACING OF ORDER When order is agreed to be placed, please send us the original purchase order completed with our items’code and price if our price and term can be accepted. A copy of Purchasing Order will be returned to buyer after being signed and acknowledged by Apikri. A number of samples may requested ( samples are not free of charge). They can be dispatched by air postal, or by air/sea freight for large size or quantities of samples. The freight charge is added and to be paid by buyer.   Order  is begun to be processed when the receipt of advance payment.         TERM OF PAYMENT   1.   Apikri’s usual term of payment is advance payment. All of those individual boxes are then placed in one or more (depend on quantity ) single large box. Shredded paper will be added among the individual boxes inside the outer box to prevent boxes from shaking during the handling.   SHIPPING METHODE A. DELIVERY The goods can be dispatched by air freight or sea freight depend on buyer’s instruction and the assessment of the most efficient and most safe way.   Air Freight Our Airport of landing : Yogyakarta – Indonesia For special condition port of loading may change adjust to related condition.   Sea Freight Our Port of Loading : Semarang – Indonesia   Please state of your Port of Destination nearest to your location in your Purchasing Order. The Delivery time of orders depend on the production capacity of producers  ( This is stated in our price list ).   B. FREIGHT COST Apikri is responsible for paying the fee  for preparing the shipping documents of order and transport charge or freight cost from our warehouse to air Port Loading ( Semarang or Yogyakarta ). The buyer is responsible for paying the freight cost from Port or Airport of Loading ( Semarang or Yogyakarta ) to the buyer’s Port of Destination of buyer’s warehouse.   MISCELLANEOUS In case of complaint on the receipt of goods or other affair, please let us know as soon as possible to enable us to handle everything at the soonest time .
